Less technology more human Tuesday evening, 26 April 2005

I'm working on a site today and I have to put in a simple HTML link to another website. However looking at the link I have to do a double take.

This is what happens with most big companies. They get sold the most advanced 'solutions', judging from the length of those numbers their database will support a googleplex or more items.

But if they plugged in an 'email this page' feature, or even if someone just wanted to copy the link, how would they ever, ever know that they had a link to a page showing details of POS (Point of Sale) software?

Sometimes what's needed is some more human solutions, rather than just fantastic technology.
